Who processes it for us
We use these service providers only to run the app. They may store data outside India.
- Google Firebase — Phone sign-in and push notifications
- Google Cloud Storage — Storing photos, documents and plans
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — Database hosting
- Render — Server hosting
- Anthropic (Claude) — Optional AI reading of floor-plan PDFs, only when your company turns it on
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
- We share project or property information only with the people you work with in the app (for example your builder, owner or team).
How long we keep it
- Project data is kept while the company account is active.
- Owner-visible documents are copied to the owner’s Rento account at handover.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details in the app. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email privacy@rentohousingapp.com from the number or email linked to your account; we reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited by role and company, and sign-in uses one-time codes.
Children
My Construction is not meant for children under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
